Two teams of Raiders competed at the Saskatchewan Business Case Competition at the U of S on May 7-8. The teams received their case studies in the morning and then pitched their presentation to a panel of judges. The students learned a lot and were able to network with students across the country!

The YRHS arrived in Regina with high expectations and did not disappoint. The team of 22 competitors came home with 15 medals. This is likely the best achievement that YRHS has ever had. Good luck to our Provincial Champions who will compete on a National level in June!
Congratulations to the cast and crew of "Drama Geeks" who won Best Overall Performance at the Regional Drama Festival. The team will advance to the Provincial Festival at the U of R on May 5-7. Good luck and well done!
On Wednesday, March 16 a crew of Raiders prepared and served a meal for the less fortunate at the Soup Haven. The Family of Raiders cooked up perogies and sausage for over 160 individuals at the annual event. Thanks to all that attended this very worthwhile event!
YRHS Cheerleaders placed First at the Warman Cheer Classic on Feb 26-27. They also took the grand champion award for level 2, which is awarded to the team with the highest mark.
The We Day Club made and sold sugar cookies and chocolate dipped red licorice bouquets on Thursday February 11th in preparation for the We Bake event.
The YRHS displayed its talent as numerous singing groups, instrumentalists, dancers, and dramatical readers took the stage.
Our Sr Girls and Sr Mixed curling teams were able to get some pointers from members of Team Edin (World Champion curling team from Sweden) in a recent visit to Yorkton.
A joint Christmas concert was put together by members of the Community and YRHS to create an evening full of the season's best!
On Dec 1, the YRHS gathered for the grand finale of our month long magazine / lotto fundraising campaign. Twenty finalists took their seats in front of the school. One excited student walked away with a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Click below to see the results.
