The Raider Cheerleaders and Junior Achievement businesses from Ms Kyle's and Ms Kreklewich's Entrepreneurship classes have once again teamed up with local businesses in our community to put on a Trade Show. Come to the YRHS Gym this Sunday (November 20) from 10:30am to 4:00pm to see what they have to offer!

The YRHS Boys Soccer team returned from Cranbrook, BC where they competed in the Mount Baker Secondary School High School soccer tournament. They also had a little time to enjoy the mountains.
Mr Ostapowich's Social 9 class experiences the Mayan Culture by doing Mathematics using the ancient Mayan number system.
The Entrepreneurship 30 classes were invited to the Chamber of Commerce Business Dinner on Tues, Oct 4, and got lots of inspiration for their Junior Achievement businesses from what they saw and heard.

Jr. Boys Volleyball team wins gold at Sacred Heart tournament (Sept 30) and gold at home tournament (Sept 23).
The YRHS Cross Country team met at Cherrydale for the 15th Annual YRHS Run for Peace and did not disappoint. It was a huge success with the Raiders bringing home 4 Gold, 1 Silver, and 3 Bronze medals. Well done Raiders!
Over seventy cars, trucks, jeeps, bikes, and quads were put on display on the front lawn of the YRHS on June 2 -- all vying for the various awards including best body, best shine, best interior, best engine, and the People's Choice.
As the final event of the Car Show and the culmination of a series of competitions in this year's RCR, the YRHS held it's first ever Mario Kart race. Congratulations to the winners!
Two teams of Raiders competed at the Saskatchewan Business Case Competition at the U of S on May 7-8. The teams received their case studies in the morning and then pitched their presentation to a panel of judges. The students learned a lot and were able to network with students across the country!
Ms Onda's Commerce 9 students learn valuable lessons from a game.
The YRHS arrived in Regina with high expectations and did not disappoint. The team of 22 competitors came home with 15 medals. This is likely the best achievement that YRHS has ever had. Good luck to our Provincial Champions who will compete on a National level in June!
