The YRHS offers students a multitude of activities to choose from. We understand that all students have varying interests and we pride ourselves in the quantity and variety of activities and athletics we have for students to take part in. Minor, Major, Merit and Honour Awards are given to students who accumulate sufficient points through participation in Extra-Curricular, Fine Art, SRC, and Club activities.

Participation in Extra-Curricular opportunities offered at the YRHS is a great way to become engaged in the school. In order to ensure that everyone's experience is a positive one, the YRHS has developed an Extra-Curricular Code of Conduct. The Code enables all involved to understand what is expected of them.
