The Early Learning Intensive Support (ELIS) Program
Children who are three or four years of age are eligible to attend the program.
ELIS is a government-funded program that provides an opportunity for students with intensive needs to attend PreK and be provided additional support. Children with intensive needs may include: visual or hearing impairments, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or complex medical needs.
ELIS provides opportunities for children to engage in inclusive learning with other children the same age. Support is provided through a collaborative team approach to meet the child's individual needs.
ELIS spots are available at Davison School in Melville, Dr. Brass and Columbia School in Yorkton, Victoria School in Kamsack, and Canora Junior Elementary School.
